2017 must considered to be the year of happiness. This year though we've got targets. Clearly divide yearly targets by 365 days/52 weeks. If one week target is less or less achieved, slightly work smarter to achieve it. Then be with the family. If you've son/daughter then spend more time with them. Make 5 goals not more. Happiness is one thing which costs billions. Think that, if you want to grow, make target for long term for 5 years.
