Why Larsen & Tourbo have to shed

Larsen & Tourbo "L & T" have to shed employees out and in enormous manner, why? 1. The quality of their service has come down. They take the tender, feed the politician and pass the work to low graded companies. Lot of works done in jabalpur, m.p is scrapped and of no use. Utter waste of countrys resources. 2. Inspection is never done. 3. Even payment for low tender holders are not paid. 4. Now they're concentrating on highway project, gain more profit. Sell L & T and you will gain more profit.
