India must go cashless exonomy to keep black money hoarders from amassing more. When cash gets transferred from bank to bank, imcome tax will be amassed in govt treasurey. There is no need for 7th pay commission, as people can afford to live with the same resource, they have. Export will increase after sometime. Bureaucracy will be limited.
