Infosys had already invested rs. 14.5 crore in start-ups. This money which has invested will give a long term return. 40% chance that it can fail too or 80-20 chance. Actually performance of infosys is crucial right now to the share holders. Now use this money to buy or take over small companies in USA and gain immediately.
