Reserve Bank must control Private Banks.

RBI must control private banks like yes bank, axis bank, hdfc bank, rbl bank for pouring in money to money lenders to wash black money. The rate of washing rs. 100000 was 40%, ie., rs. 100000 will be converted to white by paying rs. 40000. But where the funds are coming. Its coming from private banks. They are the lenders at the rate of rs. 20000 for rs. 100000 old cash. This must be stopped.
