What is the effect of demonetization

Demonetization means taking in Rs. 500 & Rs. 1000 and giving back rs. 2000. First day the incoming of notes was around rs. 40000 cr & the outflow was rs. 1600 cr. Due to increase the outflow can now be increase to rs. 5000 cr. Later it can increase to 50% of incoming. This will bring the notes in circulation 3 times. Still it will be calculated to rs. 15000 cr. This will lower inflation and govt will reduce interest rate by 1%. Wow, growth will continue.....
